The POE Advisory Group provides input and feedback on training topics, provider/supplier education materials, and dates and locations of provider/supplier education workshops and events. The group also identifies salient provider/supplier/education issues, and recommends effective means of information dissemination to all appropriate providers and suppliers and their staff. The POE Advisory Group is a provider/supplier education consultant resource, and not an approval or sanctioning authority. The POE Advisory Group includes representatives of various provider/supplier specialties we service including state and local trade and professional associations, practicing providers/suppliers or staff members, and representatives of billing organizations. An on-line listing of our current members is available for review. The POE Advisory Group meets on a quarterly basis for approximately two hours. Members either travel to a designated facility or participate via teleconference. All meetings begin at 9:30 a.m. Members are provided with an agenda and conference call information approximately 14 days prior to each meeting. Following each meeting, minutes are published.
