Welcome to the MAC J12 CAC web page! 

I trust you recently received a letter from me regarding the MAC J12 CAC, and that the access information that we provided for this site worked easily and successfully.  This webpage is available to only our CAC members, and with time the site will provide more information specific to the needs of our CAC members. 

We are currently securing venues for CAC meetings for the week of February 9-13, 2009.  The PA CAC meeting will be February 12, 2009.  As soon as we have completed the remaining arrangements, we will email you with the exact place, date, and time for each of the 4 additional CAC meetings.  In addition, we will post the complete CAC meeting schedule on this site.

Approximately one month prior to each CAC meeting, we will send to you an email reminding you of the upcoming meeting.  At that time, you will have access through this webpage to the draft LCDs, meeting agenda, RSVP form, and minutes from the previous CAC meetings.  In addition, there will be a link to any draft articles associated with the current draft LCDs.  The draft articles are not subject to public comment; however, we do make them available to you, as a CAC member, for comment.  

Enclosed with my letter was an attachment containing your contact information.  Please review this information and make any necessary corrections or additions.  Also, I would appreciate it if you would take the time to complete the survey provided with my letter.  You may return both of these completed forms in the stamped, self-addressed envelope or fax them to 717-302-4165.
