Weekend MD/DC/DE Transition Activities
The transition of the TrailBlazer MD/DC/DE Part B workloads to Highmark Medicare Services is continuing as scheduled. Additional cutover validations have been completed today with no major issues identified. We are expecting to be completed with all validations prior to tonights first batch cycle.
ATTENTION DELAWARE, DC METRO AREA, and MARYLAND PART B EDI BILLERS:
Due to the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) transition for Jurisdiction 12 on July 14, 2008, the delivery of the EDI Error Reports, 277 eligibility responses and the X12N 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for Tuesday, July 15, Wednesday, July 16, 2008, Thursday July 17, and Friday July 18, may be delayed to validate accuracy prior to distribution. Typically, Highmark Medicare Services expects to post these files and reports to your electronic mailbox on the Stratus Telecommunication Server by 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time, but due to this transition, the delivery of these files to may be delayed each day. A follow-up listserv will be sent daily when the files are available for retrieval. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Weekend MD/DC/DE Transition Activities
The transition of the TrailBlazer MD/DC/DE Part B workloads to Highmark Medicare Services is continuing as scheduled. The first round of Cutover validations have been completed with no major issues identified. Cutover activities will continue through Monday (which is a Dark Day) and as previously announced we are still anticipating our first batch cycle including EDI input to run Monday evening. We will provide an additional update by Monday afternoon.

If you are a Riverbend customer in New Jersey currently using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to receive your Medicare payments, please be on the lookout for this important letter advising you of the transition impact to you and what you need to do to respond. Please mark your CMS-588 Form as "Revision to Current Authorization" and print MAC at the end of that line on the CMS-588 Form to assist in processing. Remember to list Highmark Medicare Services as the contractor in Section V on page 2.
